Fall Kayak Fishing! This POND Has GIANT Largemouth!

We're exploring a new pond and it doesn't take long to find out there are BIG BASS lurking in these waters! When you pull up to a new lake (pond) and they're eating swimbaits, frogs, and punch rigs, you know you've found a special place! Come along for a day in the kayak as we break down a new fishery, adapt to changing conditions, and catch some really nice bass!

Matt starts the day with a big rat wake bait when he sees the flooded shoreline but soon realizes he's missed the window for this bite by a couple days. He falls back to some of his reliable favorites (frog and chatterbait) to build momentum, then switches back to a swimbait in search of a kicker fish. It works!! Once the bite comes to a halt you see the wheels turning as Matt adapts and finds a final method to get the leery midday bass to bite.

Pond Fishing Tricks! Fall Bass Fishing!

We're bank fishing a big pond for largemouth and they're smashing topwater! Come along as Tim explores this new pond and pay close attention to his tips on choosing the best spots, how he adapts between a frog and a Whopper Plopper, and why to stay away from beavers! This is a fun one chalk full of pond fishing secrets! 

If you're afraid of tall grass and ticks this pond isn't for you! Its full of bass though so we had to give it a try!
