Fall Bass Fishing! Full Day On The Water!

Come along for a day of crankbait fishing with Matt! It's time to "Burn Burn Burn Pause!!" Matt's exploring a stretch of the Tennessee River and he's catching fish! He starts the day expecting to throw a variety of baits but it becomes really obvious that the crankbait is king. Before you know it, that's all he's throwing!

When bass start gorging on shad and other bait fish in the Fall, the crankbait is hard to beat! On this day, Matt was catching fish on a variety of baits, but all the better bites came on the crank. From burning the Tactical DD on offshore structure for Smallmouth, to grinding a squarebill through the shallows for Largemouth, the bite revolved around a crankbait.

Fall is here! Here's what you need to know to keep catching bass! Bass are schooling up and feeding heavily! If you're not catching them, it's time to adapt because it's happening on your lake and you're missing it! Regardless of the type of lake you're fishing, we're here to help. Fall is prime time for bass fishing! Whether you like to fish shallow or deep, there are aggressive fish to be caught. We use different lures depending on the type of fishery but the concept is the same; find the baitfish, find the bass. Keep moving, keep searching, and keep your eyes peeled for signs of life! Summer Crankbaits That Keep Catching Fish During The Fall Transition!

The Fall transition is crankbait time! Today we're taking a quick look at some of the best baits for fishing through the transition as we approach Fall. As night time temperatures begin to drop, bass focus heavily on bait fish and these baits will help you capitalize! The best news is, this time of year doesn't require new baits, we'll show you how to adapt some of the baits you've already been fishing.

If you're not fishing crankbaits during this transition time, you're missing some of the easiest fish catches of the year. Bass are targeting baitfish from deep to shallow and covering water with a crankbait is an easy way to catch them. Focus your attention on baitfish colors with the occasional shad pattern mixed in, for the best success.

These Fall Tricks Make Fish Bite!

When fish don't want to bite you can still make them react! Forget trying to fool bass into biting and use these tricks to draw a reaction strike instead! There are a handful of key baits that consistently draw reaction strikes, even as Fall begins to fade into Winter.
