Top 5 Baits For April Bass Fishing!

April is the peak of Bass fishing season! There is no better time to get on the water and catch a bunch of fish! You can typically find fish in all 3 stages of the spawn and its not hard to catch them. If you've ever wanted to learn a new technique, this is the month to do it!

Bass can be caught on a mix of fast moving reaction baits and slow, bottom contact presentations. When it comes to reaction baits, we put a lot of emphasis on standing out from the crowd. We're using baits with flash, vibration, and sound to get the bass' attention. When it comes to soft baits, its all about a natural presentation. We find that baits with a some blue in them will often catch more fish than other colors.
