Tim is throwing the Tactical Wake and topwater in crazy conditions! From high sun to heavy downpours, he's taking everything the weather can throw his way but still catching nice fish! Come along for a fun day of topwater fishing for Largemouth and Spotted Bass!

You never know what the weather will throw your way in East Tennessee! Tim is using the Tactical Wake to locate fish and build a pattern, then catching them on a smaller Shower Blows topwater. Late Summer is a great time to focus on topwater as bass transition more and more toward baitfish. If you stick to it all day you may not get a ton of bites but you're bound to get a BIG bite along the way.

Our new Wakebait, the R2S Tactical Wake 210, is years in the making. We were on a mission to build a bait that was multi-faceted and that's exactly what we've done! We wanted a lipped, single jointed, soft tailed bait that could be slow crawled, chopped and walked, or steady retrieved with a large "V" wake. This bait excels at all of these retrieves! In the later half of the video we go in-depth on retrieves and actions with the wake bait to help you fish it to its full potential.

The Tactical DD 75 Crankbait is a phenomenal bait for targeting big bass and was specifically designed for cold water cranking. However, we've been surprised by its effectiveness in the warm water months so we're introducing 6 new fish catching colors to help round out the line and add to the bait's effectiveness throughout the year.

The Bacca Burrito by Bull Shad Swimbaits is a proven fish catcher. When the opportunity arose to help Mike fill a void in his color selection, we jumped in! We both knew instantly what color we wanted added to the line. "Tactical Shad" is reminiscent of both Electric Shad and Tennessee Shad. This color is a staple in our line up and has been catching big bass from the very first color sample!

Night Fishing Tricks For Summer Bass!

BIG BASS BITE AT NIGHT! If you aren't night fishing in Summer, you're missing a huge opportunity to catch monster fish! When Summer heat gets unbearable, turn to the dark for an opportunity at big bites without the sweltering heat. Here are some tips that break the night fishing mold, to help you catch more fish.

We've all heard the same things about night fishing. Traditional knowledge like "Fish big worms", "don't forget the rattle", "you have to use a Colorado blade" are constantly passed around like fact. The truth is, night fishing is very similar to fishing in the day. Whites, browns, chartreuses, are all viable color options when night fishing, you just need to figure out what your fish prefer. As a rule of thumb we've found that darker colors work on darker nights (new moon) and brown, white, and chartreuse work better on right nights (full moon).
