Finding The BIG Bass In Summer - Exploring A New Lake!

Sometimes a plan comes together, sometimes it falls apart! Watch as the guys explore a new lake with great intentions but its not until their plan crumbles that they find the pattern for catching BIG bass! Pay attention as the guys analyze what they're seeing, make adjustments on a new fishery, and catch two great big bass on a very hot Summer day!

What started out as a day of exploring offshore structure quickly turned into a backwater slugfest! The guys found fish willing to eat topwater and reaction baits in dead end sloughs and coves. Once they figured out the pattern, it only took a few minutes for the first big bass to hit the deck. New lakes can be challenging under the best conditions but if you go in with a plan, keep an open mind, and adapt to changing conditions, you can catch fish just like this on a brand new lake.

Frog fishing is some of the craziest topwater action you'll ever experience! The way a bass comes through cover to ambush a frog is unlike anything else in fishing! Knowing how to get those bites however, is a skill set that many anglers lack. Today we're covering everything you need to know about fishing hollow body frogs so you can start catching frog fish!

With all the frog designs on the market its hard to understand what they're all for, let alone which ones are worth the time and effort! Some frogs have amazing action and a great hookup ratio, while others will get bit but its hard to hook the bass. Sorting through all the different frogs is overwhelming, but we've done all the leg work so you can enjoy he results. TACTICALBASSIN vs Kids - KIDS WIN! (Post Spawn Bass Fishing)

He taught them right and now these kids are hammers! Tim is out on the water with his boys and his youngest catches the biggest fish of the trip! Its a junk fishing evening with a mix of topwater, dropshot, shaky head, and frogs. You can tell these kids know their stuff as they talk about skipping under docks, how big their PB's are, and cast angles while catching post spawn fish.

This is a great time of year to be on the water. There are still a lot of bass shallow and they can be caught on a mix of slow moving and reaction baits. Tonight the guys relied on a slow moving dropshot and shaky head (note the worm colors, that part is key!) and a faster moving popper and frog.

How To Lose A 10 Lber In The Cold 😳😂 Late Fall Bass Fishing Fail!

Sometimes the fish win! Unfortunately its usually the really big ones that do! We work really hard to put the odds in our favor but its still fishing, and sometimes things go wrong. Come along for a crazy day on Lake Chickamauga! Air temps in the 40's but the bass are up shallow and willing to eat!

Could the pattern get any stranger? Half the bites coming on an Alabama Rig, the other half on a frog. We're not sure why, but we're not arguing either! Tim got a shot at a true Chickamauga GIANT bass but she had other plans. If you quit fishing in the Fall because its getting cold, these are the days you're missing! Get back out there!
