How To Fish A Shaky Head - Everything You Need To Know! (Beginner To Advanced)

Every bass fisherman should know how to fish a shaky head. We're going to give you the beginner basics, as well as some very advanced information on head shapes, line ties, worms, and creatures. If you just want to catch a few fish on a shakey head, a basic head and a 6" straight tail worm will almost always get the job done. But if you're ready to jump down the rabbit hole with us, we look at 4 factors when choosing our heads. The head style,  the hook brand (and shape), the keeper system, and the line tie. Off Shore Bass Fishing! How To Catch Bigger Bass This Summer!

Come with us as we target offshore structure for early Summer bass! During the post spawn and early Summer, bass begin grouping on offshore structure. These fish are often overlooked and are frequently the biggest bass in the lake. Understanding how to find and target them will take your Summer bass fishing to the next level! 

In today's video we targeted fish in 10-30 feet of water. Depth and location in the lake were seemingly irrelevant, the key was finding hard structure on the bottom. It could be a log, a rock, or any other hard structure, as long as it was away from shore. When the spawn ends bass pull to these offshore havens to recuperate and to feed before the true heat of Summer sets in. 

As you saw in the video, these fish can be caught a variety of ways. They can be caught on finesse presentations, power fished, or even triggered into a reaction strike. Catching them can be fairly simple once you've located them. That said, we have very specific confidence baits that we really on year after year to put these fish in the boat as we explore lakes around the country.

Shaky Head Worms For BIG Bass!! Post Spawn Bass Fishing Madness!

Come along for an awesome day of bass fishing on the Kissimmee Chain in Florida! We're targeting post spawn bass with plastic worms and its one of those special days where all the fish are biting! Shaky heads, senkos, speed worms, paddle tail worms, and chatterbaits are all getting the right bites! 

Florida can be intimidating if you've never spent time there. Endless water, all of it looks good but only a few places hold the majority of the fish. Thankfully the post spawn instantly levels the playing field just like it does in every other part of the country. Bass begin pulling to outside structure and isolated cover. You no longer worry about the endless maze in the shallows, instead you target the outer grass edges and breaks looking for a BIG bite. 

Today we caught fish on a variety of baits. We got a few reaction bites but the majority came on soft plastics.
