Fall Transition - Where Do The Bass Go? ( And How To Catch Them )

Fall transition comes much earlier than most anglers realize. If your fish are disappearing, your transition has already begun! Don't get left behind this year! Let us show you exactly where the bass are headed, and exactly how to catch them!

The Fall transition is incredibly confusing for bass fishermen because it happens despite the day time temperatures staying the same. This particular transition is triggered by night time temperatures and length of day. As soon as your nights begin to cool off, your bass will be on the move. Seemingly overnight the fish will school up and start chasing bait. 

Don't be caught off guard this year! As soon as the night time temperatures drop, start making adjustments. Focus your time on large flats, backwater shallows, and coves where bass can corral baitfish. This is an amazing time of year with huge schools of bass aggressively chasing smaller minnows, but only if you know where to look.

Deep diving crankbaits and shallow crankbaits both deserve a place in your Summer line up. Today we're teaching what makes one bait better than another and how to pick the right baits for this time of year. We're covering details like best colors, hook arrangements, and retrieve speeds to help you catch more fish. 

You can go broke buying crankbaits! We know, because we've been there! If you try to buy a couple good colors in every major model of crankbait you can sink an entire retirement fund! Instead of going through that hassle, let us show you what we've already learned. There are a handful of crankbaits (ultra shallow, shallow, deep, and ultra deep) that should be in your line-up but you don't need a ton of models and you only need 2-3 colors.

Summer Gear Review! Topwater, Crankbaits, Jigs, and Soft Plastics!

Let's see what's new! We've been testing a variety of new baits and today we're showing the best of the best! We've got a unique topwater, new frogs, crankbaits, swimbaits, and more. Summer is a great time to catch fish and there are some great new designs available to help you do just that. Some of today's baits are great improvements on existing designs, while others are truly unique creations. Let's take a look!

To kick it off we've got 3 topwater lures. The first is a custom approach to front runners that is going to help a lot of anglers catch schooling bass. After that we've got the complete redesign of the the Snagproof line of frogs, and finally a new size in the Spro Bronzeye series. 

For crankbaits we've got the Jackall Digle which takes a familiar Jackall shape and couples it with an awesome bill that will let the bait go anywhere. Next is a giant crankbait that reaches ultra-deep but fishes comfortably on mid-sized gear.
