Buyer's Guide: Best Dropshot Baits and Gear!

Today's Buyer's Guide is all about dropshotting! The dropshot is a reliable way to catch bass throughout the year. Paired with the right baits, it can produce big bass as well. We've selected a handful of baits for this video that work exceptionally well at different times of year and in different conditions. Come along as we dial in the dropshot. 

This rig can excel when the water is cold. When nothing else is working the dropshot can keep getting bit. The key is knowing which baits will give you the action you're looking for, and how to work them. A lot of anglers over-work the dropshot, meaning they shake it way too much. In the cold months in particular, the dropshot is all about a soft touch and subtle presentation. As the water warms in Spring, you can mix up the presentation with more movement and different baits to continue seeing success.

Carolina Rig Tricks! Big Worms And Creature Baits For Bass!

The Carolina Rig is an awesome way to catch big bass! It can be adapted to virtually any fishery if you know what changes to make. From different worms and creature baits, to different hooks and weights, there are a lot of variables to consider. Tim goes in-depth about how and when to fish the Carolina rig and shows all his favorite components in today's video. 

Whether you're on a Southern impoundment with bass gathering on ledges or on a small Northern fishery fan casting open water, the Carolina Rig has a place in your arsenal. If you don't know exactly how to set it up it can be incredibly frustrating to cast and even more frustrating to detect a bite. How To Fish BIG Plastic Worms | Rigging Tricks For Summer Bass Fishing

Do you like fishing worms for Summer bass? Do you want to catch bigger bass? Its time to try BIG worms! Fishing a big worm is easy and can usually be done with gear you already own. In today's video Tim covers his favorite baits, favorite hooks and rigging options, and explains when and where to throw each style. Big worms come in all shapes and sizes. They can be Texas-rigged, Carolina-rigged, Wacky rigged, or thrown on a big shaky head. There is a time for a straight tail worm and a time for a curly tail worm. Color is a whole different topic by itself!
