NEW TacticalBassin Sunglasses and A-Rigs! Spring Gear Review of Rods, Reels, and More!

Its finally here! Our Spring Gear Review! To kick it off we've got our brand new TacticalBassin Sunglasses and Tactical Bassin Flex Rigs! From there, we're looking at a variety of rods, reels, and lures that will help you catch more bass this Spring! 

After 2 long years our sunglasses are finally here! We partnered with Eye Surrender Eyewear and spared no expense on frames, lenses, coatings, finishes, etc... to create the absolute best glasses we possibly could for fishing and daily use. 

Next, we partnered with HogFarmer Baits and created a flexible A-Rig to our exact specifications so you no longer have to modify your rigs to get the most out of them. These rigs are ready to fish, exactly how we set them up when we go fishing. From the 6-Wire configuration, to the Owner Hyperwire Split Rings, every detail matches our personal rigs. 

From there we start talking rods and reels. We're looking at 4 rods from St. Croix, G Loomis, 13 Fishing, and Savage Gear, as well as a light weight reel from 13 Fishing. To round out the video we take a look at big rats, a squarebill crankbait, and two plastic worms.

Buyer's Guide: Squarebills and Lipless Crankbaits For Every Season

Today's Buyer's guide is all about the reaction bite. In an effort to pack in as much information as possible, we've combined two of the largest crankbait categories into our final buyer's guide of the season. We're looking at shallow crankbaits for triggering a reaction bite, then switching gears to lipless crankbaits and exploring the best baits for fishing shallow grass flats, the best baits for deep water applications, and everything in between.

Buyer's Guide: Best Dropshot Baits and Gear!

Today's Buyer's Guide is all about dropshotting! The dropshot is a reliable way to catch bass throughout the year. Paired with the right baits, it can produce big bass as well. We've selected a handful of baits for this video that work exceptionally well at different times of year and in different conditions. Come along as we dial in the dropshot. 

This rig can excel when the water is cold. When nothing else is working the dropshot can keep getting bit. The key is knowing which baits will give you the action you're looking for, and how to work them. A lot of anglers over-work the dropshot, meaning they shake it way too much. In the cold months in particular, the dropshot is all about a soft touch and subtle presentation. As the water warms in Spring, you can mix up the presentation with more movement and different baits to continue seeing success.
