EPIC Bass Fishing On A Secret Lake In East Texas!

Imagine Texas bass fishing in the prespawn and you're the only anglers on the lake. Its amazing! We've all grown up watching TV shows of guys catching giant fish from private waters and we've all wondered what it would be like to experience that kind of fishing for a day. The crew at Briar Lakes was gracious enough to let us visit their ranch and we got to have that experience!

The boys dialed in a variety of different patterns. Bass were moving shallow and feeding aggressively. Topwater proved to be king for the big bites, while an underspin and chatterbait were key on deeper structures. Bass could be caught on almost anything they threw, but key baits still caught the best fish.

It's topwater time! These little tricks will get you bites when nothing is working! We all love throwing topwater but have you ever noticed that some anglers just seem to have a knack for catching bigger fish than the rest? Tim is one of those anglers! Today he's breaking down some of the subtle tricks he uses to out fish everyone around him with a topwater.
